• Our store hours are Monday – Friday 9:00am-6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm and Sunday 10:00am-5:00pm. Opening shifts begin 10 minutes ahead of store opening time. Closing shifts stay approximately 30 minutes past the closing hour. Plan to work either shift, many times open to close.

• Full-time positions bring 35-40 hours per week. You must have an open schedule, including Saturday and Sunday, for full-time employment. You will be scheduled 5 days with consecutive days off whenever possible.

• Part-time positions are 10-28 hours per week and available at some locations depending on the needs of the location. Your availability and the needs of the store will determine how many hours you get each week.

• Time in the pet industry is helpful, but not required. We’ll take a good attitude over knowledge any day; we will train you the “Lemos way” of doing business.

• You MUST be a people person to work in our retail stores. A genuine enjoyment of a wide variety of personality types, an interest in people’s stories, and personal satisfaction from a conversation that helps someone is a great place to start.

• All Lemos Feed & Pet Supply Warehouse and retail staff is required to lift, carry and load up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis. We are a feed store and our service includes carrying out products to our customer’s vehicles as well as restocking and rotating product (including feed) daily. This skill is mandatory.

We expect all our staff to participate in creating a welcoming environment for all customers. As such, we require the following:

• Hair color must be a naturally occurring hair color. No colors other than those.

• Piercings are limited to earrings. No gauged ears or plugs. Earrings must be a stud style, nothing that dangles and no hoops.

• Tattoos must be covered at all times.

• Retail & Warehouse starting hourly wage is $20/hr
